Explicit Opt-In Required. We will only send you text messages if you have explicitly opted in by providing your phone number and checking a consent box on one of our forms, or by texting a keyword to our number. Your provision of a phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive text messages.
Types of Messages. Once you opt in, you may receive text messages including: delivery confirmations for free resources, follow-up tips and reminders related to content you requested, promotional messages about our programs and services, and appointment or event reminders.
Message Frequency. Message frequency will vary. You may receive up to 4–8 messages per month, depending on your opt-in program. We will not send you daily unsolicited messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to text messages you receive from us. Check with your carrier if you are unsure about your plan's rates.
How to Opt Out. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You can also contact us directly at [email protected] to request removal.
Help. Reply HELP to any message to receive information about our SMS program. You can also contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
No purchase required. Consent to receive SMS messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except aggregators and providers of the text message services needed to deliver the messages.
Our SMS messaging is facilitated through GoHighLevel (see Section 4). Message delivery is subject to carrier availability. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by network or carrier issues.
